CDS Software’s CollectOne to the Rescue

Simi Valley, CA — Industry respected debt collection software vendor CDS Software did something last week that it had never done in it’s 36 years in the debt collection industry; rescued a stranded collection agency.
“I received a phone call on my mobile phone two Sunday’s ago from NCS. They shared with me their dilemma and asked if we could convert their agency’s data and have them deployed on CollectOne by Monday. Thankfully I was sitting down when they asked,” said Mark Bergmann, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CDS Software. “Generally this process takes several months and is quite involved; but they were stranded, so Monday morning we committed to completing the project in two weeks and we assigned a number of our engineers to get it done”, said Bergmann.
“We were faced with a dire situation and CDS Software saved the day. You really must choose your vendors wisely and we now know that better than ever”, said Zoran Jovanovski, President & CEO of NCS. “As it turns out the data conversion was much easier than anticipated and our collectors were working on CollectOne earlier than expected. NCS will always be appreciative of CDS Software for their commitment to getting us through”, said Jovanovski.
